WORTHING SUSTAINABLE RETROFIT

We were commissioned by the homeowner/client of this detached 1930’s dwelling in East Preston to propose a radical retrofit incorporating sustainable heat and power solutions, air tightness improvements, grey water recycling, Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery (MVHR) and upgrades to insulation, glazing and space planning.

As the brief expended over the course of the project and with the installation of a reed bed and pump for grey water re-use, an extensive garden design was implemented including new outbuildings, canopy and crescent arch providing a stunning backdrop to the refurbished dwelling.
