EAST PRESTON LISTED BUILDING

Listed Buildings require particular design and retrofit solutions with each project offering a unique and bespoke approach. Our light touch methodology to the client’s brief to undertake repair and retrofit work to this 1970’s holiday villa was a great example of bringing a treasured historic asset back to its former glory. Originally designed by prominent UK architect, Patrick Gwynne, and Grade II listed by Historic England, many of the original interiors and features were renovated over the duration of the project. By working alongside the Local Authority conservation team and client we were able to protect and preserve the building and its unique character and features.
