SOUTHSEA CANOE-LAKE NURSERY

The operator of Pre-School Nursery approached us to establish the viability of a new-build nursery to supplement their existing premises on existing site in the heart of a conservation area in Southsea, Hampshire.

We established the feasibility of the proposal for a pre-application submission to the local authority-planning department and submitted a full application in the spring of 2024.

The development, on a sensitive site close to the seafront falls within a conservation area, flood risk zone and green space and has undergone rigorous scrutiny by planners, after which, subject to approval we aim to go in site to begin construction phase in the coming months.
