CHICHESTER DEVELOPMENT

A Mixed use Development and Master-plan is proposed for the growing village of Barnham near Chichester, West Sussex by exercising Class MA prior approval rights. This means additional residential units can be developed without the need for a full planning application.

By working with the Parish Council and embedding the proposal in their Local Plan the development considers local area stakeholders whilst maximising the potential of the site.
