A small-scale single storey extension was proposed for a suburban 1930’s bay-fronted semi-detached house in Bognor Regis, West Sussex.
This subtle blend of timber, glazing and brickwork with a light and airy ply-lined interior has been designed to open out the living area where our client can enjoy the south facing view into the garden.
Permitted development rights can be exercised without the need for a planning application meaning a single storey rear extension can be constructed up to 4 metres from the rear of the existing dwelling.
