An existing 1950’s bungalow that occupied the plot was extensively remodeled to provide a two-storey, five bedroom, family home that was remarketed on completion by our developer client.

A substantial new structural frame and retrofit upgrades to the remaining building fabric along with new roof with dormers to first floor bedrooms and outdoor pool to the extensive grounds resulted in a complete transformation of the building and plot.
