ARUNDEL STUDIOS AND HOUSE CONVERSION

I started working with the artist of this oasis of calm and tranquillity back in 2012 when we tentatively talked about increasing his studio into additional artist and maker spaces that could be made available for rent. Alongside this he also discussed plans for renovating a storage/garage area into an on-site dwelling in which he and his energetic Jack Russell could reside. Having self-built the entire project including manually lifting the huge I-beams, cutting the roof and revisiting his old brickwork skills, 12 years on, he has finally decided to sell the site and move on to pastures new. It was always a great pleasure being involved with this project and sharing the laughter and enthusiasm with our client as the studios and house took shape. An amazing determination and will to succeed is always reflected in great outcomes and the property is now listed for sale at £1.1 million.
