Surrey Heath Council Planning Approval

We’re delighted to get planning approval from Surrey Heath council LPA recently for this residential refurb near Guildford.
Extending the narrow existing envelope across two storeys to the rear as well as incorporating an open plan kitchen diner on the ground floor will allow our developer/contractor client to maximise their investment whilst bringing the building back into use.  The fresh, modern materials palette includes Cedral cladding to upper storey elevations and a crisp white K-Rend to the lower storey.

The development will be going to construction phase later this year.
