We have extensive experience in taking existing housing stock and converting and developing small-scale multi-unit conversions for developer clients. In this instance a late-Victorian end of terrace dwelling was converted to five new 1 and 2 bedroom flats.

By utilising the existing footprint of the house and adding side and rear extensions we were able to secure planning and take the project from concept to completion, ensuring brickwork details and a high-end internal finish maximised the return for our client.
